What You'll Need:
Tilapia filets (For as many people as you are feeding)
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbsp flour
1 egg
1 tbsp dijon mustard
garlic
salt/pepper
Lemon
What To Do:
Mix together the parmesan, flour, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt and pepper in a shallow bowl or plate. Mix together the dijon mustard and egg. Heat some oil in a skillet pan. Dip the tilapia into the egg mix, then into the flour mix, then put into the pan. Cook about 5-6 minutes on each side. When finished, Squeeze lemon juice over the top. In the picture above, I served it with soba noodles, with lemon juice and salt and pepper, and green beans an broccoli.
